Yahoo DMARC Policy

Are you an REIMatcher Plus or Pro member who uses a Yahoo email address to log-in to your REIMatcher account? Or, do you use a Yahoo email address for your Investor, Buyer and Seller Brands?

If you do use Yahoo, we have some very important information for you regarding autoresponders, contracts and other emails that REIMatcher sends on your behalf.

Yahoo recently made a change which will not allow another service (such as REIMatcher) to send emails on your behalf. The reason behind this is to control spamming.

If you are an REIMatcher Plus or Pro member and use a Yahoo email address for your 3 brands, please update your email addresses to a non-Yahoo provider, such as Gmail or another provider of your choice. You can check what email address you have set up for your 3 brands by mousing over the Admin tab and choosing Company Info from the drop-down menu that appears. Once you’ve made that change, please email [email protected] and let us know the new email address you’d like to use for your REIMatcher account log-in and we will make this change for you and then notify you when the change is complete.

If you do not change your Yahoo email address to another email service provider your autoresponders, contracts and other emails will not be able to be sent.
